Kanangra, which is an Aboriginal word meaning “Beautiful View”, is a light, airy and spacious two bedroom apartment, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and the beaches. The entrance hall leads to the beautiful open-plan, dual aspect living and dining room. One end of the room has patio doors which lead onto a small balcony with outside seating for two. From here you can relax with a drink and enjoy the stunning views of the River Teign estuary and beautiful sunsets. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven, separate fridge and freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The apartment has two bedrooms, one a double and the other with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The modern bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The apartment has gas central heating throughout.

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at Flat 18, Anchor view. To be able to see the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony was an unexpected delight. The sea is a 7 minute very easy walk through the town. The apartment couldn’t have been cleaner!! So congratulations to whoever does the cleaning. Some people might be put off by the train line immediately below, and the noise from the industrial units and harbour cranes. These do all stop at night though. And it didn’t bother us enough to not return again. We will be coming back again and again, as we could never tire of the view you are greeted with once you enter the lounge.
