Grand Banks is located next to a west coast railway line so there is some noise from the trains during the day but the trains don’t run overnight. “If you pick to stay here, you won’t go wrong at all! Great flat, fabulous location for everything in Teignmouth and amazing sea views. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If we come back to Teignmouth again, we would definitely choose to stay here.”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at Flat 18, Anchor view. To be able to see the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony was an unexpected delight. The sea is a 7 minute very easy walk through the town. The apartment couldn’t have been cleaner!! So congratulations to whoever does the cleaning. Some people might be put off by the train line immediately below, and the noise from the industrial units and harbour cranes. These do all stop at night though. And it didn’t bother us enough to not return again. We will be coming back again and again, as we could never tire of the view you are greeted with once you enter the lounge. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”
